Dennis Martire

In his pursuit to help the workers of the mid-Atlantic area, as he serves as the vice president and regional manager for the Laborers’ International Union of North America, Dennis Martire serves on many boards and committees. Through these endeavors, Martire extends the LIUNA name and commitment directly into the community where LIUNA can continue to create change for the region’s workforce.

Dennis Martire’s roles among these boards vary from advisory positions to leadership. He serves as chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Laborers’ Employers Cooperation and Education Trust as well as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Organizing Coalition and the Mid-Atlantic Laborers’ Political League. As a trustee, Martire lends his expertise to the National Heavy and Highway Alliance, the Laborers-Employers Benefit Plan Collection Trust, the Laborers-AGC Education and Training Fund, the LIUNA National Health and Welfare Fund and the Laborers’ Health and Safety Fund of North America. And his dedication extends even further to organizations such as the American High Speed Rail Alliance Advisory Board, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board.
